We have lovingly created a space for all who visit to enjoy. A flexible space to rent when retreats are not taking place.
The practice space comfortably holds up to 18 yoga mats for classes and exercise activities. The space is equipped with yoga mats, ample free parking, pillows and props, a CD player/iPod connection, and amenities and accessories to help you create a flawless experience for your treatments or event.

If you are after serenity Heart and Soul Retreat Space certainly provides. A home away from home to relax and enjoy nature and the serenity in a rainforest setting. We try to cater to every need by providing a library of great reads, angel cards and jigsaw puzzles within the home, and walking/running tracks, ample seating areas, a manmade swimming dam and magnesium spa on the outdoors.

Should you decide to cook for yourselves, our well equipped modern kitchen with large oven or outdoor Pizza oven will be ready for your group.
